Our school grounds are something that we are very proud of here at our school. The whole village admires the work done by our caretaker and local treasure Mr Packie Markey. The grounds are now a tribute and fond memory of how Packie took meticulous care of the school grounds and won many awards for his work over the years. Without his work, care and dedication the grounds would not be such an amazing feature of our school and a centre piece of the village.
Originally from Malahide, Packie was invaluable to us here and an integral part of the community here in Loughshinny. You can see from the picture below our schools grounds are a fabulous environment for the school and village communities to work in and to admire.
