This month in 2nd class we had lot of fun doing art. Have a look at our pictures to see our lovely results.We made fox masks last week. We used colours of red, orange, black and brown and we used our fingerprints to paint the foxes. This month we also made people from card. We had cut out clothes for them and name the parts of the body in Irish. We traced around Jared and Kate to make giant life sized people and we labelled their body in Irish too. We wrote our names and drew pictures of things that we like all around our names. In groups we painted Autumn trees and we used little stampers for leaves. We have a nature table and on it we have a nest, conkers, apples, leaves, a hedgehog and a pine cone. We are looking forward to doing lots more fun art next month.
